• the make, model and year of your car
• what happened

If it relates to a specific drive or alert, the date and approximate time helps.

Deleting your account

AutoMind does not yet have a delete button in the app. Email [email protected] from the email address you signed up with, and say that you want your account deleted. AutoMind will delete your account and the data stored about you.

Getting a copy of your data

You can export a Vehicle Health Report from the app, which gives you a PDF and a CSV for one vehicle. For a full copy of everything stored about you, email the same address and say so.

Reporting a security problem

Email [email protected] with "security" in the subject line and a description of what you found.
